Traumatic Relationships Don't Finish When You End The Relationship.
Regretfully, if a relationship has been abusive or traumatic, it affects the person long after the relationship has ended. Whilst most know the affect abuse has on them, many don’t and wonder why they repeat the same patterns.
Unsurprisingly, when you review your life patterns, repeating behaviours related to your beliefs about yourself will reoccur even long after you have left the relationship.
