Abuse is one of the worst aspects of society and is very prevalent.

You may have been traumatized and abused in numerous ways, which you may not necessarily think of as abuse. The abuser is often a family member or someone you trust.

But when the time is right, your soul will guide you to release the emotions, beliefs and shock from the trauma and abuse.

Trauma and abuse damages relationships because you feel angry, guilty, unloved, not good enough, and unworthy. You may outwardly appear confident, but you struggle to maintain happy relationships, expecting to be let down, ignored, or rejected. This is why there are so many divorces, separations, and broken homes.

Ambitious and successful at work or in business, you sacrifice your health and happiness to remain in the position and get promoted.

Your whole life is affected in various ways due to the limiting beliefs, emotions, and behaviours that are part of your everyday life, as mentioned below.

Until the abuse and trauma cease to influence you, you will not love and respect yourself at the soul level, which is the backbone of manifesting the life of your dreams.

Abandonment and Grief

Love and loss of a loved oneAbandonment and grief are emotions experienced if, as a child, when a grandparent, a pet, or a friend dies, or you were adopted.
But grief is also felt when leaving a job, moving home, divorce and separation or ending a relationship, even when it is traumatic.

Regardless of the circumstances, you react with a range of emotions from sadness, guilt, judgement, anger, frustration, and confusion. You may start to feel anxious about the future and feel emotionally drained. It’s as if part of you is missing or empty.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Addictions

Valued and inclusiveAddictions such as smoking, drinking, gambling, or drugs are usually due to the ‘high’ someone experiences at the time. Unfortunately, the high will turn to a low. Consequently, there will be a need to have more cigarettes, drinks, drugs, or to keep gambling to achieve the ‘high’, thereby creating a cycle of behaviour. Ultimately there are health issues and financial challenges.

The addiction occurs because there is an underlying belief of not being good enough or feeling unloved. If you feel emotional pain, addictions help to numb that pain, but as a coping mechanism, it does not deal with why the addiction occurred in the first place. When you change the programmed behaviour and beliefs, you stop the habit, without the withdrawal symptoms.

Anxiety, Stress and Depression

Drepressed and anxietyAnxiety, stress, and depression are your body’s way of saying to you, “Please can we deal with what is going on? I am unable to cope with it!”

Unfortunately, the world we live in does not encourage a work-life balance. Nor are you able to escape the negativity of life as you are bombarded daily with doom and gloom, through the media, and social media. It is hardly surprising you struggle to cope, feeling lost and overwhelmed.

The anxiety, stress and depression, come from underlying beliefs you have about yourself. Your mind works overtime imagining a worst-case scenario after you experience an emotionally upsetting situation, such as bullying, assault, or generally feeling unsafe.

Working at the soul level, you can find answers as to why you suffer from anxiety, stress and depression, allowing yourself to release the underlying beliefs, and emotions, giving you the freedom to begin living life relaxed and in control.

Phobias are fearsFears and phobias are unexplained and irrational reactions to various things like water, fish, spiders, heights, enclosed spaces, flying, needles and dogs.

There is no rational reason for a phobia. At some point in your past, you reacted emotionally to a situation. Those emotions remain in your body; to stop your emotional response, the negative memory needs to be changed or replaced.

 

 

 

 

Health and Weight

HealthYou use food as a way to be in control of your life.  Eating alters your emotional state.

However, you then beat yourself up for eating, which creates a vicious circle of eating – guilt – eating – guilt. Even though you try to diet, you may succeed for a while, then revert to your old overeating habits as it is hard to maintain. This is due to your emotions, and how you feel about your life.

Your body indicates through ill health such as an autoimmune disease, cancer, MS, body pain, stress, anxiety and depression that emotionally you are out of balance.

When you choose to listen to your body and deal with your underlying beliefs and emotions around being loved, you can manage your overeating and health. 

 

Money Mindset and Abundance

Imagine you have access to all the abundance you desire and that you can enjoy it without guilt or shame.

In reality, you fail to attract universal abundance because you do not believe you are entitled to do so. Therefore your energetic vibration is lower than that of universal abundance. Raise your vibration by changing your beliefs to have your ideal home, magical holidays, a perfect car, and so much more.
